We accept reservations for excursions until 10 a.m. of the day before departure and according to availability.
Online Reservations can only be made with a valid credit card.
On your credit card statement it will show as Pegasus Viaggi.
If you do not want to use our payment system or do not own a credit card, you can always contact us directly.

FARES AND PRICES

All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless Pegasus Viaggi advises otherwise.
Please note special fares and prices might apply in case of holiday or special events. If unspecified in the booking, please contact us for a quote.

YOUR VOUCHER

After making the reservation and payment of the booking, you need to print a page which indicates your transaction number.
You will receive a printable voucher which states : your name(s), departure time(s), departure point and transaction number.
Your reservation is then guaranteed. Your voucher serves as proof for the services booked by you.

AVAILABILITY

The travel products and services sold through Jesoloexcursions.eu are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when payment is received.

IMPORTANT

We kindly request you to carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
If you do not bring your voucher to the departure point but only your confirmation number written on the voucher it will not be valid and you will not be refunded.

*****CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients cancelling 72 hours before the departure are entitled to full refund. Clients cancelling until 48 hours before the departure have to pay 50% of the total amount of the excursion. Clients cancelling less than 48 hours before the departure have right to no refund. Pegasus Travel Agency reserves the right to vary the itinerary as well as to cancel the excursion owing to circumstances beyond control. In this case Pegasus Travel Agency will refund the total amount paid by the clients.
